FV3903 Churchill VII AVRE
Tier 7 · uk · heavy
About
The success of the original Churchill AVRE vehicles during World War II inspired the British army to produce an improved version of the AVRE starting in 1947. Built with the heavily armored Churchill Mk. VII as its base, the FV3903 mounted a 165mm demolition gun capable of destroying girders, bunkers, and other structures at long range. A total of 88 units were produced before development of the Centurion AVRE began in the 1950s.
