Like the ST-I before it, the ST-II was conceived as a dual-barrel tank based on the fearsome, mass-produced IS-3. Although the ST-II never entered government production, its design inspired the leader of the Foot Clan, Oroko Saki, whose experiments with mutagen produced the brute-strength henchmen Bebop and Rocksteady. His latest creation: a bad-to-the-bone, turtle-stompin’ street menace that both Bebop and Rocksteady are itching to drive-if they can agree on who’s in command.
