FV4101 Charioteer
Tier 0 · uk · AT-SPG · Post War
About
The Charioteer served as a low-cost tank destroyer in the years following World War II. It was constructed using the hull of the Cromwell tank joined with a new turret and a powerful 20-pounder 83.4mm caliber gun. To keep its weight down, however, the Charioteer was fitted with light armor. Once the Centurion was fitted with a 105mm L7 gun after 1958, the Charioteer fell out of use.
